Summary
This study looks at why people with Postural Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS) get a high heart rate and symptoms like dizziness when standing. Researchers will test a blood pressure drug called Moxonidine, which lowers nerve activity, to see if it helps reduce symptoms. The goal is to better understand POTS and find more personalized treatments for the mostly young women affected.
