Summary
This study looks at whether eating potatoes alongside other vegetables makes young adults enjoy and eat more veggies. Researchers will serve different meals with varying amounts and forms of potatoes to 80 people aged 18-25. The goal is to see if potatoes can boost vegetable intake in a tasty way.
