Spuds for tots: can potatoes trick kids into eating their veggies?
NCT ID NCT07358390
Summary
This study aims to see if serving potatoes with other vegetables can help preschoolers eat more vegetables and improve their overall diet. Researchers will test different potato-based lunch strategies with 200 children aged 2-6 years. They'll measure how much vegetables children eat and whether potatoes make less-liked vegetables more appealing.
