Summary
This study aims to understand how eating more potassium might protect blood vessels when people consume high amounts of salt. Researchers will measure blood vessel function and blood pressure in 90 healthy adults with normal blood pressure while they follow different diets. The goal is to learn how potassium works in the body to potentially reduce cardiovascular risks associated with high salt intake.
