Summary
This study looks at whether taking potassium supplements can help undo some of the harm caused by eating too much salt. Researchers will measure blood vessel function, blood pressure changes, and stress markers in 30 healthy adults. The goal is to understand how potassium might protect the heart and blood vessels when salt intake is high.
