Simple school exercises fight teen 'Tech Neck' and back pain

NCT ID NCT07380048

Summary

This study tested whether a simple posture program in school could help teens who use digital screens a lot. 187 students were split into two groups: one group did special 15-minute warm-up exercises twice a week for 12 weeks in gym class, while the other group did their usual warm-up. The students who did the posture exercises showed better spinal alignment and had less back and neck pain compared to the other group.
