Tech neck cure? study tests simple exercises for phone users
NCT ID NCT06864780
Summary
This study aims to find the best exercises to improve 'forward head posture'—that slumped position from looking down at phones and laptops—and reduce the neck pain it causes. It will involve 56 adults who use their devices for several hours daily. Over four weeks, participants will try specific exercises like chin tucks to see which ones best realign the head and ease discomfort.
