Summary
This study aims to see if a 6-week program of posture exercises and ergonomics education can help reduce pain and discomfort for office workers. Researchers will enroll 25 university staff members to attend a training session, perform daily exercises, and adjust their workstations. They'll measure changes in pain levels, posture, and sleep quality before and after the program to see if it provides relief.
