Summary
This observational study tests whether a 6-week program of posture exercises and ergonomics education can reduce musculoskeletal pain and improve sleep in office workers. Twenty-five university staff aged 20-55 will attend a training session and use a brochure with QR codes to access exercise videos. Researchers will compare pain, posture, and sleep scores before and after the program.
