First seen May 12, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 2 times

Summary

This study compared two non-drug approaches—posture correction exercises and the Papworth breathing technique—in 38 adults with mild to moderate asthma and forward head posture. The goal was to see if either method could reduce shortness of breath, improve chest expansion, and boost quality of life. Results may offer simple, drug-free ways to manage asthma symptoms.
