Desk jockeys rejoice: simple exercises and tape may tame neck pain

Summary

This study looks at whether postural exercises or Kinesio Taping can help office workers with long-term neck pain feel better. About 40 people who sit at desks for at least 6 hours a day will be split into three groups: one doing exercises, one getting taping, and one doing nothing new. Researchers will measure pain, disability, balance, and mood before and after 4 weeks to see which approach works best.
