This study aims to measure how the two sides of the brain communicate after a stroke using a safe, non-invasive technique called transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) combined with EEG and EMG. Researchers will test a new way to temporarily adjust these brain signals in 20 stroke survivors. The goal is to better understand brain recovery, not to provide a direct treatment.
