Can a 'Mom-Specific' vitamin boost health after birth?
NCT ID NCT07303595
Summary
This study is testing whether a vitamin and mineral supplement designed for women after childbirth can improve their nutrition and overall wellbeing. Researchers will compare 80 new mothers who take the supplement to those who take a placebo (inactive pills) over 12 weeks. They will measure nutrient levels in the blood and ask about mental health to see if the supplement makes a difference.
