New exercise combo targets 'Mommy back Pain'

Summary
This study is testing whether adding specific pelvic clock exercises to standard core stability exercises helps new mothers with severe sacroiliac joint pain. It will involve 50 women who recently gave birth vaginally for the first time and have significant pain. Participants will do exercises three times a week for eight weeks to see which approach better reduces pain, improves daily function, and enhances quality of life.
