Summary
This study aims to learn how quickly people recover from severe preeclampsia after giving birth. It will compare whether 12 hours or 24 hours of a standard magnesium treatment is needed by tracking changes in blood tests. The research involves 100 participants who have just delivered and will follow them during their hospital stay.
