Summary
This study aims to see whether video-based or written educational materials help new mothers better understand and improve their pelvic floor health after childbirth. Researchers will enroll 141 women who recently gave birth and randomly assign them to receive either video or written information. The main goal is to measure changes in knowledge and self-reported pelvic floor function over time.
