Summary
This study looks at two exercise programs for new mothers who leak urine when they cough, sneeze, or exercise. One program uses special breathing techniques (hypopressive exercises) and the other uses standard pelvic floor muscle training. The goal is to see which better reduces leakage and improves quality of life in 38 women who had vaginal deliveries within the last six months.
