Summary

This study tested whether a combination pill (hydrochlorothiazide/lisinopril) controls blood pressure better than nifedipine alone in women with high blood pressure after childbirth. 70 postpartum women participated. The goal was to see which medication keeps blood pressure in a safer range during the first 10 days after delivery.
