New study tests best exercises to help moms recover after childbirth
NCT ID NCT07313683
Summary
This study aims to find the safest and most effective exercise program to help women recover pelvic floor strength after vaginal childbirth. Researchers will compare two different approaches: one that gradually builds strength against pressure and impact, and another that focuses on avoiding pressure. The goal is to help women return to their daily lives, work, and sports activities with better pelvic health and fewer problems like incontinence.
