New device aims to ease painful sex after childbirth

Summary

This study tests a device that uses radiofrequency and ultrasound energy to treat pain during sex caused by scarring from vaginal delivery. About 34 women with moderate to severe pain will receive the treatment and be followed up 1.5 months later. The goal is to see if pain levels drop significantly.
