Summary
This study tested whether a special series of supportive, one-on-one conversations could help new mothers. The program aimed to reduce feelings of postpartum depression and help mothers feel more connected to their babies. It involved 88 pregnant women, with half receiving the talk sessions and half receiving standard care for comparison.
