Summary

This study tested whether a mobile phone app could help women choose and continue using effective birth control after having a baby. Researchers compared 97 new mothers who used the app, received in-person counseling, or got standard care. They checked which group was more likely to pick and stick with highly effective birth control methods over 12 weeks.
