Summary
This study tests a cloud-connected blood pressure monitoring program for new mothers with high blood pressure disorders. About 540 women will use a home device to send their readings to their care team for six weeks after giving birth. The goal is to see if this approach helps more women stay on top of their blood pressure and reduces hospital readmissions.
