Summary

This study is testing a new 12-week rehabilitation program designed to help close the abdominal muscle separation common after pregnancy, known as diastasis recti. Researchers will compare different combinations of core strengthening exercises and specific breathing muscle training in 48 postpartum women. The goal is to see which approach best reduces the muscle gap and improves trunk function, strength, and quality of life.
