Summary
This study is testing a new 12-week rehabilitation program designed to help women recover from abdominal muscle separation after pregnancy. The program combines core strengthening exercises with specific breathing muscle training. Researchers will measure if this approach can close the muscle gap and improve trunk strength, function, and quality of life for postpartum women.
