Summary
This study tested an integrated psychological program (mindfulness training, music listening, and video counseling) for new mothers. Over 1,700 women participated to see if the program could reduce postnatal depression and persistent pain after childbirth. The approach used digital tools to make support easily accessible in outpatient care.
