First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 24, 2026 · Updated 21 times

Summary

This study looks at how the bacteria in the bladder and urinary tract change in postmenopausal women after they receive Botox injections for overactive bladder. Researchers will collect urine samples before and after treatment to compare bacteria from samples taken at home versus in the clinic. The goal is to learn more about the bladder's natural environment and how it relates to treatment success and side effects like infections.
