This study tested whether mailing informational postcards to patients with heart devices (like pacemakers or defibrillators) could help them reconnect their home monitors. Over 2,700 patients who had lost remote monitoring connection were included. The goal was to see if a simple reminder could improve how quickly patients got back online for their heart health checks.
