Summary
This study tests whether taking postbiotics (beneficial compounds from gut bacteria) for 8 weeks can improve mood and reduce depression symptoms in Korean adults aged 19-39. Participants have mild to moderate depressive symptoms and are randomly assigned to receive either postbiotics or a placebo. The goal is to see if this supplement can ease emotional distress without medication.
