This study tests whether an oral postbiotic supplement called JK-5G can help people with advanced non-small-cell lung cancer who are experiencing cachexia—a condition causing severe weight loss and muscle wasting. About 150 participants will receive either JK-5G or a placebo for 12 weeks. The main goal is to see if the supplement leads to weight gain and improves symptoms like fatigue and pain.
