Summary
This study looked at whether a postbiotic supplement can improve markers of gut, heart, and immune health in 76 healthy adults aged 18 to 65. Participants took either the supplement or a placebo for 4 weeks. Researchers measured changes in gut bacteria, fatty acids, stress hormone, and digestive symptoms. The supplement is not meant to treat or cure any disease.
