Summary
This study tests a postbiotic supplement called resO™ to see if it helps adults aged 18-75 with joint discomfort, stiffness, or reduced mobility. Forty participants will take either the supplement or a placebo for 4 weeks. Researchers will measure changes in physical function, pain, and activity using questionnaires.
