First seen May 16, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether a daily postbiotic supplement can reduce stomach and gut symptoms in physically active women. The goal is to see if the supplement helps with gut issues linked to the menstrual cycle and exercise.
