Summary
This study is testing whether a supplement called ABB C3, made from beneficial gut bacteria components, can help children and teenagers with obesity. For the first 3 months, half the participants will take the supplement and half will take a placebo, while researchers measure body fat and blood markers. The goal is to see if ABB C3 is a safe and effective way to reduce body fat and improve metabolic health in young people.
