First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 27 times

Summary

This small study looked at why some people get long-lasting headaches after a mild brain injury and whether a drug called erenumab could help. Six adults with recent post-traumatic headaches took either the drug or a placebo. The main goal was to see if the drug reduced the number of days with moderate-to-severe headaches over 12 weeks.
