First seen Jan 06, 2026 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 23 times
Summary
This study tests whether a drug called chidamide can help prevent relapse in people with high-risk acute myeloid leukemia (AML) after a stem cell transplant. About 134 adults aged 18-75 who are in remission after transplant will either receive chidamide or be observed. The goal is to see if the drug improves how long patients stay cancer-free and overall survival.
