Could fewer restrictions speed up recovery after surgery?
NCT ID NCT06909058
Summary
This study is testing whether allowing patients to return to normal daily activities sooner after minimally invasive gynecologic surgery improves their recovery experience. Researchers are comparing two groups: one following standard 2-week activity restrictions and another following more flexible, self-guided instructions. Participants complete short surveys about their pain, energy, and daily function at one and two weeks after surgery to see which approach works better.
