New tech aims to restore sight for stroke survivors
NCT ID NCT07317739
Summary
This study aims to see how common vision loss is after a stroke and if a special rehab program can help. Researchers will use a wearable device to check for vision problems in 300 recent stroke patients. Those with vision loss will be randomly assigned to either receive a new audio-visual rehab program along with their usual physical therapy, or to continue with standard care alone, to see which approach works better.
