NCT ID NCT06524739
First seen Apr 13, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 4 times
Summary
This study tested a medicine called Hizentra (IgPro20) to see if it could help people with post-COVID POTS, a condition that causes a fast heart rate and dizziness when standing up. The trial was stopped early and included 16 adults who had POTS symptoms starting within 4 months after a COVID-19 infection. The main goal was to see if Hizentra could help participants no longer meet the diagnostic criteria for POTS.
