Summary

This study looks at how different body clocks (morning, evening, or in-between) affect breathing strength, physical activity, and eating habits in people with Post-COVID syndrome. Researchers will measure lung function, activity levels, and diet in 50 adults aged 18-65. The goal is to learn how circadian rhythms might help personalize recovery plans.
