Summary

This study looks at how your natural sleep-wake cycle (circadian rhythm) might affect breathing strength, physical activity, and eating habits after COVID-19. Researchers will study 50 adults with Post-COVID-19 syndrome to see if morning, intermediate, or evening types have different recovery needs. The goal is to help create personalized rehab plans.
