Summary

This study looks at whether a 6-week exercise program can help first-time mothers recover from a C-section. The program focuses on strengthening the core and pelvic floor muscles. Researchers will measure changes in abdominal muscle separation, pelvic blood flow, and sexual function. 120 women will be randomly assigned to either the exercise group or standard postpartum care.
