NCT ID NCT07389070

First seen Jun 27, 2026 ยท Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study looked at whether adding therapeutic exercises to a hands-on technique called positional release helps people with chronic low back pain more than the technique alone. Sixty adults aged 20-65 with ongoing back pain took part. Researchers measured pain, disability, and muscle endurance to see if the combined approach works better.
