First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 20 times

Summary

This study tested a gentle muscle release technique for neck pain in 50 breastfeeding mothers. Half received standard posture advice and exercises, while the other half also got a specific positional release for the upper trapezius muscle. Researchers measured pain intensity, pressure pain threshold, and neck disability to see if the added technique provided extra relief.
