Summary

This study tests a porcine (pig) collagen matrix placed under the gum to thicken tissue around dental implants. Fifteen adults will receive the graft, and researchers will measure gum thickness, pain, and quality of life over 12 months. The goal is to see if this material improves implant appearance and comfort.
