Summary
This study tested two medicines, dexmedetomidine and dexamethasone, to see which works better at preventing nausea and vomiting after laparoscopic gallbladder removal. 68 adults having surgery took part. The goal is to improve comfort after surgery by finding the most effective preventive treatment.
