Summary
This study tests a new exercise program based on polyvagal theory, which focuses on calming the nervous system. Researchers want to see if it improves neck pain, movement, and quality of life in 33 adults with chronic neck pain. Participants will do specific exercises and be measured for pain, joint position sense, and mood.
