New exercise approach aims to soothe stubborn neck pain

Summary

This study tests whether exercises based on polyvagal theory can help people with chronic neck pain feel better and move easier. About 33 adults with neck pain lasting at least 3 months will do these exercises. Researchers will measure pain, movement, and quality of life to see if the approach works.
