Summary

This study looks at whether natural compounds called polyphenols, found in nonalcoholic red wine, can help older adults stay sharp and strong as they age. Researchers will give 72 people aged 60-74 a daily dose of these compounds as part of a healthy Mediterranean diet. The goal is to see if it improves memory, muscle strength, and overall health by affecting gut bacteria.
