New hip resurfacing device aims to delay or avoid total hip replacement

Summary
This study tests a new hip resurfacing system in 238 adults with hip arthritis or mild hip dysplasia. The goal is to see if it is as safe and effective as total hip replacement at relieving pain and improving function. Participants receive the new device and are followed for two years to check for complications and success.
