Summary

This study aims to create a detailed registry and sample bank of 350 adults with polycystic kidney disease (ADPKD) to help future research. Participants will undergo health assessments and provide samples, but will not receive any new treatments. The goal is to gather information that will help scientists design better future studies and clinical trials for this condition.
